Jamie is a pharmacist. He is a director at the All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre and an honorary senior lecturer at the School of Medicine, Cardiff University. Jamie has extensive experience in teaching and medical education, with particular interests in patient safety, behavioral change, decision making, leadership and multidisciplinary team working. Previously he was Head of Pharmacy and Medicines Management for two local health boards in North Wales. He was also a clinical author and training advisor for the National Prescribing Centre, Liverpool, where he developed and delivered training materials for pharmaceutical and prescribing advisors, medical advisors and general practitioners in England and Wales.
Course Experience: As a licensed TA trainer for four years, he runs frequent workshops for doctors, dentists and pharmacists on Writing a journal article and getting it published. Jamie also delivers workshops on Communicating for success and Presenting with impact and presence.
Clients have included: Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, the Wales Deanery, Cardiff University.
